However, if you would prefer to see me face to face for sessions, then I have weekly clinic slots available at Features Beauty Salon in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

It is a beautiful, light and clean space just a stone’s throw from Eastbourne seafront, where you can feel relaxed and open to discuss your health concerns. The staff are warm, friendly and so approachable, you’ll feel right at home. You can even book in a beauty treatment whilst you’re there, the ultimate self-care experience!

    Eastbourne Q & A

    Eastbourne is a beautiful sunny seaside town on the East Sussex coast. In recent years the town centre has had a revamp with the refurbishment of The Beacon, a multi-complex shopping centre situated right by the train station.

    How to Get here:

    From London

    A direct train departs regularly from London Victoria and takes approximately 1 hour 25 minutes to Eastbourne train station. Features Beauty is a 10-minute walk from the station.

    From Brighton

    The 12 and 12x bus takes you from Brighton city centre to Eastbourne town centre. You can also take a direct train from Brighton station to Eastbourne station which takes approximately 40 minutes.


    If you’re looking to make your visit a mini getaway, then there is an abundance of hotels dotted nearby. The View Hotel Eastbourne is a several minute walk from Features Beauty and has absolutely beautiful views of Eastbourne’s coastline.

    If you’re still looking for a little classic quaint seaside luxury, then the Langham Hotel, which is rated 4 star, is another Eastbourne seafront gem.

    If your budget is a little more conservative, then you also have the Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre or the Travelodge Eastbourne Willingdon Drove, which is situated nearby the beautiful and scenic West Langley Lake and has access to the breath-taking South Downs.

    Things To Do

    The South Downs National Park is the newest of the UK’s 15 national parks and if you’re an avid walker and nature lover, this is a must visit. The park is a national treasure and home to many protected species, with the rolling hills creating a spectacular backdrop for your afternoon stroll.

    The Grove Theatre is a community arts theatre, which has stunning local shows running throughout the year. If you’re a fan of the arts, check out their performance dates and book yourself a show.

    The Cliff Tops of Beachy head are a site to be seen. There is a beautifully painted lighthouse which looks out onto the English Channel. There is also a couple of pubs nearby to have a pint after you gaze at the stunning coastal views. Wheelchair users can also access the sights via the peace path created.

    Eastbourne has a plethora of pubs, bars and restaurants to rival Brighton’s lanes. You can find any cuisine you’re looking for, from traditional fish and chips, to Sri-Lankan, Middle Eastern, European and American.

    Sovereign Harbour is Northern Europe’s largest composite marina complex and contains the waterfront retail complex, comprising of restaurants and beautiful local and chain eateries. The harbour has had a recent housing boost with a number of estates with contemporary housing built for keen quaint seafront lovers.
