Our initial consultation will delve into the answers you have provided in your health questionnaire and food diary prior to our session. It helps me to gain a complete picture of your health, how you got here and what we can do to start making improvements to bring vitality and energy back into your life.

I will create your personalised nutrition pack from the answers you provide during our consultation. Once you have settled into the plan and have comfortably been adjusting to the plan for several weeks we will schedule your follow up session to explore what’s gone well and what needs refining to further help you meet your goals.

If your health issue is particularly complex or requires further support, further sessions costed separately can be booked.

My weight loss programme provides more of a sustainable lifestyle change than a fad diet which let’s face it, rarely ever works long term. Unless it impacts your health, I don’t think it’s healthy to overly restrict or ban certain food groups, the key is to add goodness and colour to your plate and help you to enjoy/feel full when you eat your meals whilst reaching a healthy weight.
